I offer a holistic approach to dealing with the many challenges women face as they go through peri menopause towards menopause. Hot flushes, trouble sleeping, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, weight gain, low self-esteem, lack of fitness, poor muscle tone, stubborn belly fat and just a general sense of feeling rubbish about yourself are just some of the many symptoms associated with peri menopause and menopause. 

The holistic approach I use includes:- 

  • Nutritional and fitness strategies that can noticeably reduce the severity of certain symptoms. Fitness and nutrition during the menopause journey needs a different approach to one you may have used in earlier years.

  • Yoga and mindfulness inspired strategies to help with sleep, anxiety and low mood.

  • Most importantly I offer emotional support to my clients. The changes women face during the menopause journey can greatly affect their emotional wellbeing which in turn can affect work and home relationships. 

I feel I can offer a bespoke service that supports women emotionally and physically. I take pride in my work and like to invest time and care in all that I do.
